The form collects your name, email, stay dates, guest count and selected unit, plus your phone and message if provided. These details are used to reply and arrange accommodation. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a reservation or subscribe you to marketing.

The host receives enquiries at anteozona@gmail.com, with a copy to Dalmatia Web Studio at dalmatiawebstudio@gmail.com to assist with enquiry processing. Netlify provides hosting and form handling; mailbox providers process email. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal data.

We retain data as needed to respond, arrange your stay and meet applicable obligations. Contact us for access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights. Complaints may be submitted to the Croatian supervisory authority, AZOP.

This version uses no marketing or analytics cookies. Links to WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram and Apartmanija open separate services with their own privacy policies. The server may keep technical logs needed for security and operation.
